    Mike and Lenna do a great job! The 4-7 age group class is manages extremely well. The children all have a lot of fun and learn something new every lesson! Mike and Lenna are extremely patient with this age group as well.

    The adult classes are very well organized and great for all experience levels. Don't expect to show up and not work hard! The coaches are very active participants in training and expect the same effort in return. Whether you are joining to compete, joining just to learn self defense or even just for a great workout this is a great place to do it! If you are in the Elk Grove/Galt/south Sac area I highly recommend Mixed Grappling Arts!
