This place was adequate when we moved in back in 2014. Management changed and they became greedy and corporate. The price to live there also increased so much that it was cheaper to rent a 3 bedroom house. For the price, their grounds were poorly maintained. We had dead shrubs Infront of our building for years. Those tall pointy trees were always riddled in spider webs and the only thing really cared for -most of the time- was the club house/pool. They do have a great pool area. Best one around. As far as everything else goes they should really fire everyone in that office and restructure again. Bring more people like Nick back. The ice Queens that currently reside as employees there are condensing and don't really care about the resident. Also, this should go without mentioning but in 2 years & 10 months we were not late on rent once, never had any neighbor complaints, didn't damage anything we didn't pay for, nor ever caused any kind of trouble in the neighbourhood (or however you want to refer to it), and we were still talked down to and treated like scrubs when we moved out. Alas, we are much happier in our house. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother going there unless you really like the pool. It's the only worthwhile thing you'll get out of Siena villas.
